We're confident our seminar will provide you with the improved skills, techniques and materials you expect. If you are dissatisfied after attending and sitting through all sessions during the entire day of the seminar, please contact us immediately at the conclusion of the last session of the day, return to us everything you have received during the seminar (books, binders, presentations, flowcharts, checklists, software, bags, hats, prizes, t-shirts etc.) and we'll arrange for you to attend another one of our seminars or receive a full refund hassle-free. WE ONLY HONOR OUR 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE IF YOU ATTEND ALL SESSIONS DURING THE DAY AND NOTIFY US IN PERSON IMMEDIATELY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE SEMINAR. Please note also that we do not reimburse registrants for expenses incurred beyond the tuition/registration fee.
Cancellations, transfers and substitutions`
If you must cancel for any reason, notify us via fax at (240) 880-0259 or email registration@sebb.com at least 14 days prior to the seminar you have paid to attend.. Your registration will be refunded less a $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 14 days of the seminar are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your registration to another person via fax or email notification up to 24 hours prior to the seminar. No transfers are allowed inside of this 24 hour period. Anytime prior to your scheduled seminar, or up to 30 days after a seminar for which you registered but did not attend, you may transfer your registration fees less a $100 processing fee towards another of our seminars up to 180 days in the future by faxing or emailing us your name, originally scheduled seminar and desired future seminar.
In the unlikely event that it becomes necessary to cancel a seminar, Search Engine Black Belts will issue a full credit towards a future seminar or, at its desecration, issue a full refund of the tuition/registration fee. Search Engine Black Belts is not responsible for other charges incurred by the registrant, including hotel, travel fees, etc.
